Refund & Returns Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@craftbeeryard.org with your order number and a photo. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

For health and safety reasons, alcohol and perishable goods that have been opened, chilled or tampered with cannot be returned unless faulty. Any change-of-mind return must be unopened and in resalable condition.

How to return

  • Email support@craftbeeryard.org to arrange a return.
  • Return items securely; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving your claim.
