Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — every product photo shows the exact item you'll receive. Vintages and packaging can occasionally vary, and we'll always note this on the product page.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also view every order any time under My Account → Orders.

How can I return an item?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Just get in touch and we'll arrange a return label or collection, then refund you once it's back with us.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most lines are restocked regularly. Add the item to your wishlist or drop us a message and we'll let you know the moment it's back.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver to addresses across mainland France. Everyone receiving alcohol must be aged 18 or over, and ID may be requested on delivery.
